Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling. You can appeal if we decline a request. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
What we collect, and from where
Identifiers (name, email, account IDs, IP address); commercial information (plan and payment status); internet activity (sign-ins and actions in Escanor); and the content you bring to Escanor. Account credentials you store with us are sensitive personal information; we use them only to provide the service. We collect this from you, your organisation and the services you connect. The purposes and recipients are listed in the Privacy policy.
Sale, sharing and browser signals
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use it for targeted advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out.
Making a request
Use Privacy requests or email support@escanor.in, and tell us your state. An authorised agent may submit a request with proof of authority. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. To appeal a decision, reply to our response or use Grievances; if you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
Children
Escanor is not directed to children under 13 and is only for adults aged 18 or over.
