Who is asking

The personal data, and what each item is for

• Name, email address and profile picture: to create your account, sign you in and contact you about it.
• Password (stored only as a hash) and two-step verification settings: to keep your account secure.
• Sign-in times, IP address and device or browser type: to protect your account, detect misuse and investigate security incidents, as the law requires.
• Access keys and tokens for the services you connect: to read from and act on those services when you ask.
• Content you give the AI assistant (messages, code, files) and its replies: to answer you and carry out the tasks you set.
• Commands and output from the computers you pair: to run those commands and show you the results.
• Plan, payment status and Razorpay payment references: to bill you and keep the records tax law requires.
• What you write to us in support requests, complaints or call bookings: to help you and keep a record of the request.
• On Android only, and only when you use the feature: microphone (voice commands), contacts (to place a call you ask for; read on the phone, not uploaded), camera (to scan a pairing code), screen text (phone control; stays on the phone).

What you can do

• Withdraw consent: as easily as you gave it, in Settings → Privacy & data, or by email to support@escanor.in. Withdrawing stops processing that relied on it; the service may then stop working for the features that need it.
• Exercise your rights: a summary of your data, correction, erasure and nomination, on Privacy requests.
• Complain: to our Grievance Officer on Grievances. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
