Every plan, Free included, has every provider dashboard, the activity feed and search, the web, desktop and phone apps, MCP access and machine pairing, approvals on your phone, and your own AI keys. Hosted log limits will rise as our log storage grows. Top-ups (150 credits for ₹499) and log packs are coming soon. Full details are in Plans and billing. Pricing questions
What are credits?
Credits pay for hosted AI work: chat, voice, investigations, fixes and automation runs. Bigger jobs use more than small ones, and “Auto” starts every job on a fast model to make them go further. Work on your own AI key, a local model or your own paired machine never uses credits. Monthly credits renew on your billing date and do not carry over. A single fix or automation run stops at 400 credits.
Can I use Claude, GPT or other top models?
Yes, with your own API key, on every plan, Free included. Hosted access to the most capable models on credits is coming soon.
How does yearly billing work?
A year costs ten months, so two months are free. Yearly plans get 74% of the monthly credits each month (Pro: 451 instead of 610); monthly plans get the full amount. The cycle is chosen when you subscribe; switching plans keeps your current cycle.
Why is Starter only in India?
Starter is our India entry plan, priced for India. Prices in US dollars for customers outside India are coming soon; elsewhere, plans will start at Pro.
Is GST added?
Not today: Escanor is not yet registered for GST, so no GST is added and invoices say so. Starter, Pro, Growth and Max prices are the full price and stay the same if GST is added later. Team and Enterprise are priced before GST; once we register, 18% is added and GST-registered businesses can claim it back.
How do I pay?
In Razorpay's secure checkout: cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. Your card and UPI details go to Razorpay, never to Escanor. Prices are in Indian rupees. For Starter, Pro, Growth and Max the price shown is the full amount you pay; nothing is added at checkout.
How does autopay work?
Paid plans renew automatically by card or UPI autopay until you cancel. We email you a reminder 3 days before each renewal, and your bank or UPI app notifies you at least 24 hours before the charge. Yearly renewals above ₹15,000 ask you to approve the payment with your bank.
What happens when I reach a limit?
A meter shows how much of each limit you have used. At a limit, the new integration or automation is refused with a message; existing connections keep working. When credits run out, Escanor offers your own AI key, your own machine or an upgrade; nothing is charged without you choosing it.
Can I switch or cancel?
Upgrading takes effect immediately and Razorpay charges only the difference for the rest of the period. Cancel any time in Settings → Billing in two clicks, or stop the mandate in your bank or UPI app; there is no cancellation fee. Downgrades and cancellations take effect when the paid period ends, then the account moves to Free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: double or unauthorised charges, a plan that did not activate, and a renewal you did not want (within 7 days, if unused) are refunded in full. See Refunds and cancellation for the details.
What if a payment fails?
Your plan stays active while the payment is retried for up to 7 days. If it keeps failing, the workspace moves to Free; subscribe again to restore it.
