A **workspace** holds your integrations, your assistant's history, your team and your plan. Every account has one; Team plans can have more.

## Settings

Owners and admins can change the workspace **name**, **region** and **environment** (production, staging or development) in **Settings > Workspace** (on the phone: **Workspace and team**).

## Members and roles

| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| **Owner** | Everything, including billing and changing roles. One per workspace. |
| **Admin** | Manage members and settings, and use everything in the workspace. |
| **Member** | Use the workspace: dashboards, the assistant, integrations they are allowed to see. |

Only the owner can change someone's role; only owners and admins can see the team list. Seats are limited by plan (1 on Free and Pro, 25 on Team). Invite people from **Settings > Team and roles** on the website.

## Recent activity

The activity list records what happened in the workspace: who connected or disconnected an integration, who changed a role, plan changes, approvals and more. It loads a few at a time; tap **Show more** to go further back (up to 500), search for a person or word, and filter by kind (billing, member, integration and so on). On the website you can also **export the audit trail**.

## Switching workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace, use the switcher in the dashboard header. Switching selects a new workspace context and resets displayed data. Verify the workspace indicator before making changes.

## Leaving or removing

Members can leave from their account settings. Owners can remove members; check remaining member access and any provider connections separately after removal.
